When ordering a Bear, please have a JPG or PNG fingerprint file at the ready.  You will upload the fingerprint file and fill out the certificate information with name, birth date, and passing date, when you check-out .

When ordering multiple bears with the same fingerprint but different monogram options, please configure each bear separately and place in cart, then proceed to checkout.
